Description
As leaders in climate, air quality, and energy, the regions have set ambitious targets in their regional plans, supported the emergence of new industries, funded projects, and developed the skills needed for the transition. What role do they want to play in this? How can we move more quickly from planning to implementation? And what levers should be mobilized after 2027 to facilitate the emergence of projects, support local governments and businesses, and build local sectors that create value and jobs?
