Focus on the Occitanie Sustainable Building Plan
Launched on March 18, 2021, the Occitanie Sustainable Building Plan (PBDOc) is a collaborative initiative between the DREAL, ADEME, the Occitanie Region, and the National Sustainable Building Plan.
Committed over 10 years (2020–2030), it brings together 6 professional sectors in building, public works, and real estate around a shared objective: to reduce the sector’s energy consumption by 26%. This sector accounts for 47% of regional energy consumption and 33% of greenhouse gas emissions in Occitanie.
