ASDEV (AS Développement) is an independent engineering consultancy specialising in agrivoltaics, dedicated to agricultural engineering and regulatory support for solar projects on farmland. We support developers, farmers, investors and landowners at every stage of their projects, from early development through to operational monitoring: agricultural audits, pre-feasibility studies, Preliminary Agricultural Studies (EPA), Technical and Economic Studies (ETE), PC51 agrivoltaic compliance notices, agronomic design, regulatory strategy and monitoring protocols. With more than 30 staff dedicated exclusively to agrivoltaics, ASDEV is today one of the most specialised teams in France. Our agronomists, engineers, geographers, legal experts and environmental specialists work across the whole country and have in-depth knowledge of the expectations of State services, the DDT (departmental agencies for territories), the CDPENAF (departmental commissions for the preservation of natural, agricultural and forest land) and local specificities. Our added value lies in hands-on agricultural expertise, a thorough command of the regulatory framework and a pragmatic approach that secures projects, anticipates key risks and builds robust, credible applications tailored to each territory.
