Description

The Occitanie Region aims to become Europe’s first energy-positive region by 2050. In doing so, it reaffirms its commitment to contributing to the region’s resilience in the face of climate change and to mitigating its effects, to improving quality of life, to creating economic activity and jobs, and to giving full recognition to cooperation and citizen initiative. To this end, the Region supports local communities and citizens throughout this energy transition, empowering them to become agents of change.
