Caldera is an innovator in decarbonising industrial heat, with a focus on food & beverage, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, paper, laundry, textiles and alumina refining. Caldera’s electric Storage Boilers turn renewable electricity, whether on-site generated or grid supplied, into reliable industrial steam or hot water. By combining the features of an electric or electrode boiler with thermal storage, we help manufacturers electrify more affordably, often without the need for grid connection upgrade. We provide a clean, cost-effective alternative to fossil fuel boilers with an output up to 204°C (16 bar steam). Because charging and discharging are decoupled, our electric Storage Boilers can be charged steadily when electricity tariffs are attractive and yet still cover any spikes in steam demand. With our flexible storage asset, you can charge in off-peak periods to avoid the most expensive hours in the day. Our solutions help industries reduce their carbon footprint and stabilise energy costs.
