Definitions
“Personal Data”: refers to the personal data of the User collected and processed during the use of the Services and the navigation on the website http://www.energaia.fr
“Controller”: means the Company that determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data implemented.
“Services”: means all the services offered by the Company on the website, as well as the subscription to the newsletter through the dedicated form or the information requests through the dedicated contact form.
“User” means any person who uses the website.
The purpose of the privacy policy is to define the commitments of SPL Occitanie Events as Data Controller, with regard to the respect of the User’s Personal Data collected and processed during the Use of the Services, the navigation on the Site http://www.energaia.fr/ or the contact with the Company.

In its capacity as Data Controller, SPL Occitanie Events collects and processes two (2) categories of Personal Data when the User browses the Site and uses the Services:
- Identification data of the User
SPL Occitanie Events collects and processes information and Personal Data from the User, including, but not limited to, name, surname and email address.
In the contact forms of the Site and the newsletter registration, the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and strictly necessary to allow SPL Occitanie Events to process the request for information. If the User does not fill in the fields identified by an asterisk (*), SPL Occitanie Events will not be able to process the request.
The User’s answers in the form fields not marked with an asterisk (*) are optional.
The User is (1) informed in advance of the collection and processing of Personal Data concerning him/her and (2) will have to consent to it, either through a validation by means of a click or a checkbox, in the framework of the information and consent notice at the time of the collection of his/her Personal Data via the registration to the newsletter or via the contact form. - Connection data

- producing aggregate statistics and research reports that help improve algorithms, measure and understand how the Services are used, and beyond that, develop new products, services or features.
Personal Data will only be used to the extent that it is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes and Services. These processing operations relating to Personal Identification Data do not meet any regulatory requirement but are necessary for the execution and management of the contractual relationship, to process the User’s requests or to provide the Services.
Recipient of processing
The information and Personal Data collected and processed by the Company are strictly intended for the Company, its subcontractors, partners and service providers, their employees, specifically authorized in strict compliance with the aforementioned purposes and, finally, the judicial and/or administrative authorities.
The Company may communicate the User’s Personal Data to its subcontractors (including its partners) for the purpose of processing the Users’ requests, including commercial companies for the performance of statistical studies to analyze the use of the facilities and services in the Room and the Users’ preferences for the purpose of improving the Services.
Subcontractors are required to respect the confidentiality and security of Personal Data that may be communicated to them and to use it only in the context of the performance of their subcontracting or service provision mission.
The Company does not transfer Personal Data outside the European Union.
The Company guarantees that Users’ Personal Data will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third party without the consent of the person concerned.
The Company does not sell or rent Users’ Personal Data to third parties.
Under special circumstances, the Company may have to disclose Personal Data when required by the competent judicial and administrative authorities.
Storage of Personal Data
The Personal Data kept by SPL Occitanie Events for a period of time that does not exceed the time strictly necessary to achieve the Purposes for which they have been collected and referred to above, and in any case, cannot be kept :
- more than thirty (30) days from the exercise of the User’s rights, including the User’s request for deletion or transfer of Personal Data to the Company
- more than three (3) years after the end of the commercial relationship with the User for Personal Data and a maximum of three (3) years after the last contact of the User;
At the end of these periods, the Personal Data will be deleted.
Rights of the User
The User has the following rights:
- a right of access, i.e. to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not Personal Data concerning him/her are being processed and, if so, access to said Personal Data, as well as various information including the purposes of the processing, the category of Personal Data concerning him/her, the recipient(s) of the Personal Data etc.
- a right to rectify Personal Data that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or equivocal, or whose collection and processing are prohibited
- a right to object to the processing of Personal Data by the Data Controller or to a transfer of Personal Data, unless there are compelling legitimate reasons that prevail over the interests of the User
- a right to the deletion of the Personal Data concerning him
- a right to the portability and recovery of Personal Data allowing the User to receive the Personal Data that he/she has transmitted to the Company in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another Data Controller, without the Company to whom the Personal Data was initially communicated being able to prevent this

The Company adopts sufficient, appropriate and relevant security measures to preserve the security of Personal Data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. These measures include the implementation of procedures for :
