EPC SOLAIRE
For iNovaR
EPC Solaire has developed iNovaR, a solar panel mounting solution for flat roofs. This system preserves the ribbed steel sheets of commercial and industrial buildings, facilitating their solarization. In partnership with SIKA and RECTICEL, iNovaR makes it possible to replace heavy roofs with lighter materials, freeing up space for the installation of photovoltaic panels. This process improves thermal insulation and ensures that buildings remain watertight for at least 25 years, while optimizing the addition of solar panels.
SERENYSUN
For Notre énergie La Soie
Notre Energie La Soie is the largest renewable energy community in the Lyon metropolitan area. Located in Vaulx-en-Velin, it incorporates 1,530 solar panels on 3,000 m² of roof space, producing 690 MWh per year. This inclusive project enables professionals and private individuals to benefit from local renewable energy at a controlled rate, without installation or investment. By bringing together various players within a 2 km radius, this initiative is part of a collaborative effort supported by the City of Vaulx-en-Velin and the Metropolis of Lyon.
VOLTALIA
For the Poisy cattle agrivoltaic demonstrator
VOLTALIA has set up a cattle agrivoltaic project in Poisy, in partnership with the Institut de l’Élevage. This 250 kW demonstrator aims to study the impact of solar panels on animal welfare and forage production. Covering an area of 7,820 m², including 1,152 m² covered by solar panels, the project analyzes the microclimate and behavior of the animals over a 5-year period. It is part of a drive to optimize farming practices and develop agrivoltaics to better meet farmers’ needs.

DMEGC SOLAR
For Infinity RT with LRF technology
In a market driven by crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, DMEGC Solar innovates by integrating Light Reflective Film (LRF) technology into its Infinity RT Full Black Bi-glass PV modules. This innovation enhances module strength by ensuring better uniformity of glass surface tension, thus reducing the risk of rear glass breakage. What’s more, its uniform black finish makes it aesthetically pleasing and optimizes the photovoltaic module’s performance thanks to improved reflectivity.
SPARQ TECHNOLOGY
For Ligna
By 2025, 150,000 Internet of Things (IoT) devices will be connecting to the Internet every minute around the world, mainly requiring batteries to power them. An estimated 75 million of these batteries are discarded every day. With this in mind, the Swedish company has developed a compact supercapacitor based on bio-sourced materials such as coconut shells. Ultra-thin and solar-powered, this innovation emerges as a sustainable alternative to batteries, responding to the growing demand for environmentally-friendly energy storage solutions for wireless electronics.
